Privacy Policy
Bramley Electric Ltd ("we", "us") is an independent dealer in used electric and hybrid cars. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we use it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. It is a plain-language summary, not legal advice.
What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to send us through the enquiry and contact forms on this site. That may include:
- your name;
- your email address;
- your telephone number;
- the content of your message, and the Ad ID of any car you ask about.
We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or any special-category data through this website.
Why we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, to check availability of a vehicle with the seller, and to answer any follow-up questions. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
How we store it
Enquiries are received by email and stored in our email system. We keep them only for as long as we need to deal with your enquiry and any resulting sale, and then delete or archive them in the ordinary course of business. Access is limited to the people who handle enquiries.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not use third-party tracking services. Filtering, sorting and pagination on the catalog page are handled by your browser and are not stored in cookies. If this changes in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
Sharing
To answer an enquiry about a specific car we may need to share your question with the seller who holds that vehicle. We share only what is necessary for that purpose. We may also share data with service providers who help us run our email and website, or where we are required to do so by law.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. You can also object to how we use it. To make a request, contact us using the details below. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority; in the United Kingdom this is the Information Commissioner's Office.
Contact
For any question about this policy or your data, contact Bramley Electric Ltd by email at [email protected] or by phone on +44 (0)20 7946 0958.
