Listings and availability

Vehicle information on this site is taken from the details supplied by the sellers of the cars. We present it in good faith but we cannot guarantee that every detail is complete or free from error. Cars are offered subject to availability and may be sold or withdrawn at any time. An enquiry does not reserve a vehicle. A car is only reserved or sold once we confirm this to you in writing.

Prices

Prices are shown in euros and exclude VAT unless a listing states otherwise. Prices and availability can change without notice. Any taxes, duties or registration costs due in your country are your responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Viewing

Cars in our catalog are held in different locations. Viewing is by arrangement. We will tell you where a car is and when it can be seen before you travel, but we cannot guarantee a viewing at short notice.

Export and delivery

Where we agree to help with export documentation or to arrange delivery, we do so as a convenience to you. Third-party carriers set their own costs and timings. Risk in the vehicle passes as set out in the sale documents we provide.

Enquiries and conduct

You agree to give accurate contact details when you enquire and not to misuse the website, for example by submitting spam or attempting to disrupt it. We may decline or ignore any enquiry that appears abusive, automated or fraudulent.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or from relying on listing information before a sale is agreed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales, unless the law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
